10 Years of Products and Service

Years ago I had a women call our company and she said she loved our products but her plumber said not to use us because he had never heard of us. I then asked her what the name of her plumber was and she told me. I then said, “I never heard of him either, but we would never tell you not to use him just because we don’t know him.” Very few people know the name “Bugatti” but they are considered one of the finest cars in the world. Not knowing of a company does not always mean that they are not a good company.

When I started Atmosphyre in 2014, now 11 years ago, I was only thinking about making products that would add character to a home. I failed to realize that people might have hesitation to buy from you with certain products. So we decided that we would do all we can to help our customers feel a little more comfortable with purchasing from us. Here are some of what we do here each day to help build buyer confidence.

 

The more risk there is, the more trust is needed

People want to have a certain level of trust in a company before they purchase their products, and the greater the risk, the more trust we need. We understand that we sell products that carry water and some of that water is inside your walls where you can’t see what is going on. Water and fire are two of the biggest destroyers of property. Here are some of the things we do to make sure nothing goes wrong with our products.

Every Valve is Tested Before it Ships To You

We physically hook up every valve by hand that goes into your wall and test it at 65 psi water pressure for 8 hours to make sure it does not leak. This lets us know that valve should not leak in your wall.

Live Person Takes Your Call

There is no “press 1 for this, press 2 for that”, with us, a real person answers the phone each time you call us.

Tech Phone Just for Photos and Video

Using SMS or Whatsapp you can text us videos or send photos of any issues or questions you have on your project and we can help in real time.

Needing Replacement Parts

We have every part in stock and they ship out the same day as they are ordered with overnight shipping.

Logistics with a live person

We have a person dedicated to just tracking your package and asking you if you received it. There is someone here every day watching your package as it moves along from us to you. If there is any delays while it is on the way, we let you know. If there is a need to return something, or change something to ship sooner, this person is there to assist you.

Authentic vs Contrived

There are a lot of pieces out there in today’s market that look great from a distance, but upon getting closer, they have a contrived look and feel. They tend to give the impression of being a handmade piece, but the overall feel is that of a mass-produced item that can feel cheap. Our goal for every product we make is to produce each piece with a feeling that it is truly an original antique piece. Each piece we create is handmade one at a time to ensure that we achieve that look and feel.
